  • 70th Anniversary Concert

    The 70th Anniversary of the choir was held on the 2nd May 2026 at St Helier Methodist Centre - the very same church that had seen the very first concert in 1956. The choir, conducted by James Southall, sang Mendelssohn’s oratorio ‘Elijah’ to a very appreciative audience. A copy of the programme may be downloaded here.

  • Festival of Carols 2025

    The church was packed at St Thomas' for our annual Christmas concert. With the beautiful renditions including, 'A baby so small',  and 'Long long ago', along with some stunning congregational Carols to get everyone into the festive spirit the week before Christmas. Joined as usual by Holmchase, and conducted by both William Millow and Francis Murton, everyone had a wonderful evening of song.

  • 2025 Spring Concert

    The 2025 Spring Concert on the 3rd of May was a bit different to our normal annual event; we teamed up with the Jersey Island Singers and the St CeciliaOrchestra to present a Liberation Concert to celebrate80 years of freedom.The concert started and concluded with two hymns thatwould have been familiar in 1945. The first half featuredindividual items (Festival Choir sang Movement IV fromDona Nobis Pacem by Vaughan Williams) with everyonecoming together in the second half to sing Messa di Gloriaby Giacomo Puccini.The concert was conducted by Francis Murton with soloistsGreg Tassell, Tenor, and Themba Mvula, Baritone.
