Jersey Festival Choir
About us

For over 70 years, Jersey Festival Choir has been bringing the world's greatest choral music to audiences across the Island.
Founded in 1956 following a landmark performance of Handel's Messiah, the choir was established with a simple purpose: to perform the great masterpieces of the choral repertoire. That tradition continues today through performances of works by composers including Bach, Handel, Haydn, Mozart, Mendelssohn, Brahms and many more.
Open to singers of all ages and abilities, Jersey Festival Choir is a friendly and welcoming community brought together by a shared love of music. Whether you're an experienced chorister or looking to sing with a choir for the first time, you'll find a warm welcome.
Each year, the choir presents a major spring concert alongside its much-loved Festival of Carols, continuing a proud musical tradition that has become an important part of Jersey's cultural life.
